Terms and Conditions of Madrasa-E-Roohul Uloom Al-Islamiya

1. Introduction
Welcome to Madrasa-E-Roohul Uloom Al-Islamiya (hereinafter referred to as “the Madrasa”) under the Ishaatul Quran Wassunnah Trust (R). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, educational programs, and other activities associated with the madrasa. By enrolling or participating in any of our programs, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein.

2. Purpose and Mission
The Madrasa is dedicated to the dissemination of Islamic knowledge, with a focus on the Quran and Sunnah. We offer various educational programs designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings, morality, and jurisprudence.

3. Enrollment and Registration

• Eligibility: Our courses are open to all Muslims who wish to deepen their understanding of Islam.

• Registration: To enroll, applicants must complete a registration form and submit any necessary documentation as required by the Madrasa.

• Fees: Certain programs may require a fee for participation. Fee structures, if applicable, will be provided during the registration process.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Respect and Discipline: Students must maintain respect for the teachers, fellow students, and the madrasa environment. Disruptive behavior or disrespectful conduct may lead to disciplinary action.

• Attendance: Regular attendance is expected of all students. Absenteeism without valid reason may result in removal from the course or program.

• Adherence to Islamic Ethics: All students are expected to uphold Islamic principles in their actions both within and outside the madrasa premises.

5. Teaching Materials

• Intellectual Property: All teaching materials, including books, audio-visual content, and digital resources, are the property of the Madrasa or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

• Copyright: The materials provided are for personal educational use only. Any commercial use or redistribution is not allowed without prior written consent.

6. Use of Facilities

• Respectful Use: All madrasa facilities should be used in accordance with Islamic ethics. This includes classrooms, libraries, and prayer halls.

• Property Damage: Any damage to madrasa property by students or visitors must be reported immediately. The responsible party may be asked to compensate for repairs or replacement.

7. Code of Conduct

• Islamic Morality: All individuals associated with the Madrasa must adhere to Islamic ethics and morals. Inappropriate behavior such as dishonesty, immorality, or actions that violate the teachings of Islam may result in expulsion.

• Dress Code: A modest dress code is required for all students and staff in line with Islamic teachings.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Personal Data: The Madrasa respects the privacy of its students. Any personal data provided during registration will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

• Student Information: We may use students’ contact information to notify them of important announcements or updates regarding their courses.

9. Termination of Enrollment

• Voluntary Withdrawal: Students who wish to discontinue their studies must inform the Madrasa in writing. No refund will be given for fees already paid, unless specified in the program’s fee policy.

• Expulsion: The Madrasa reserves the right to expel any student who violates the terms of conduct, engages in unethical behavior, or disrupts the learning environment.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

• Liability: The Madrasa is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or any other damages that may occur during the participation in any activity or event hosted by the Madrasa.

• Force Majeure: The Madrasa will not be held responsible for any delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

11. Amendments
The Madrasa reserves the right to revise or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all students and will be effective upon posting on the Madrasa’s official notice boards or website.

12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or conflict, the Madrasa encourages amicable resolution in accordance with Islamic principles. If necessary, the matter may be escalated to the governing body of the Trust or a local Islamic scholar for arbitration.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Madrasa is located.
