Welcome to Madrasa-E-Roohul Uloom Al-Islamiya (hereinafter referred to as “the Madrasa”) under the Ishaatul Quran Wassunnah Trust (R). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, educational programs, and other activities associated with the madrasa. By enrolling or participating in any of our programs, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein.
2. Purpose and Mission

6. Use of Facilities

Respectful Use: All madrasa facilities should be used in accordance with Islamic ethics. This includes classrooms, libraries, and prayer halls.

Property Damage: Any damage to madrasa property by students or visitors must be reported immediately. The responsible party may be asked to compensate for repairs or replacement.

Islamic Morality: All individuals associated with the Madrasa must adhere to Islamic ethics and morals. Inappropriate behavior such as dishonesty, immorality, or actions that violate the teachings of Islam may result in expulsion.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

Liability: The Madrasa is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or any other damages that may occur during the participation in any activity or event hosted by the Madrasa.

Force Majeure: The Madrasa will not be held responsible for any delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
11. Amendments
The Madrasa reserves the right to revise or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all students and will be effective upon posting on the Madrasa’s official notice boards or website.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or conflict, the Madrasa encourages amicable resolution in accordance with Islamic principles. If necessary, the matter may be escalated to the governing body of the Trust or a local Islamic scholar for arbitration.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Madrasa is located.
